Looking to stay active during your pregnancy? There are some fantastic virtual classes to follow, perfect for supplementing with jogging if you choose to continue to run during pregnancy.

Many mums-to-be reap the benefits of keeping fit, feeling happier, stronger and better-prepared for labour, and research shows this could also have advantages for their offspring too, but be sure to speak to your doctor before embarking on any regime.

The Body Coach

Joe Wicks offers some brilliant pregnancy workouts on his YouTube channel, The Body Coach. There’s also plans for new mums, alongside his regular workouts and PE with Joe.

Lucy Wyndham-Read

Trainer Lucy Wyndham-Read offers pre-natal classes according to your trimester. Lucy’s channel also features her popular seven-minute workout videos.

Yoga with Adriene

Adriene Mishler is an international yoga teacher from Austin, Texas. Her YouTube channel Yoga with Adriene demonstrates safe yoga practices for mums-to-be.

BodyFit By Amy

Amy Kiser Schemper is a personal trainer and fitness instructor, as well as a keen runner. She offers a variety of prenatal classes on her YouTube channel BodyFit By Amy.

Kristin McGee

Yoga and pilates teacher Kristin’s yoga flow session lasts 20 minutes. Hosted by The Mom’s View, the virtual class is specially geared towards mums-to-be.

Kayla Instines

Australian trainer Kayla Instines, famous for her Bikini Body Guides, shares pregnancy-friendly exercises in this easy-to-follow routine.

Tone It Up

Trainer Katrina Scott (Kat) is joined by pregnant friend Kristina for this 30-minute workout. Kat was also pregnant and in her first trimester when this workout was filmed.
